Product Description
Sugar Bowl & Creamer produced by PHOENIX T. F. & S. Ltd (Thomas Forester & Sons Ltd), made in England Circa 1925 to 1959. The Sugar Bowl & Creamer pattern is GOLDEN PRIMROSE & both Bowl & Creamer have yellow, green & gold colors in the pattern on white background, & each has a green border on the top rim & the Creamer has green at the top part of the handle. The Primrose Flowers have "raised" orange anthers. The SUGAR BOWL is approx. 3-3/8" tall, & the Base is approx. 2-1/2" diameter & top opening is approx. 3-1/8" diameter. The Sugar Bowl measures 11-5/8" around the wider center area, then narrows at the top; top has a green border & is scalloped & the bottom at the outer base also has a green border approx. 1/4" high. The CREAMER is approx. 3-1/2" tall x 4" wide (measured from spout tip to end of handle) x 2-3/8" across the top opening (NOT the spout side) & the Spout side measures approx. 2-5/8" across. The top of the Creamer has a green border & is scalloped. The Creamer measures approx. 9-1/2" around the widest part. The Base of the Creamer is approx. 2" diameter & has a 1/4" green border around the outer part. Both the Sugar Bowl & the Creamer are fluted (scalloped all around), & the flutes coordinate with the scallops on the rim.
